Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The online raffle is open to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement 18 and above and any other eligibility criteria specified. Employees and family members of the organizing entity are typically not eligible to participate.

Entry: Participants must follow the designated entry method as outlined in the raffle announcement or promotional materials. Each participant may be limited to a certain number of entries, and multiple entries may require separate transactions or payments.

Validity of Entry: Submission of entry should fall within the raffle period in order to qualify for the raffle draw in the end of the month. Previous entries will not carry over to other promo or raffle periods. Participant should re enter if they wish to participate in other raffle periods

Prize: The details of the prize(s) offered in the raffle, including the description, estimated value, and any limitations or restrictions, are estimates of market value or comparable to thereof. For monetary prizes such as dues the payment will be deposited directly to the club and to the account of the participant. Prize only covers the base monthly dues and does not include any outstanding dues, consumption and charges analogous thereof.

Winner Selection: The method of winner selection would be broadcasted online, an email link would be sent to the email address of the participants. During the recorded session participants can view the random draw. The date, time, and location of the winner selection process is every end of the month at the end of the raffle period. This will be indicated in the raffle period.

Winner Notification: The process for notifying the selected winner(s) would be thru email and text would be informed not more than 5 days after the raffle draw. It is typically required that winners respond within 10 days from receipt to acknowledge the address where the prize will be sent or the details of the account where the monthly dues would be deposited to. If a winner fails to respond within the given timeframe the prize would be waived.

Publicity Release: By participating in the raffle, participants may agree to allow the organizing entity to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes related to the raffle, unless prohibited by law.

Modifications and Cancellation: The organizing entity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle at any time, for any reason. Participants should be notified of any significant changes or cancellations. The organization also reserve the rights to cancel or suspend the entry of the participant if found violating fairness and in bad faith to the essence of the raffle.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute or claim related to the raffle, the organizing entity reserves the right to either rectify or ignore the resolution depending on the rationality and basis of the dispute

User Consent: By using our services or providing personal information, users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their data as outlined in these terms and conditions.

Data Collection: We may collect and process personal information and non-personal data from users. This includes information provided voluntarily, automatically collected data, and data obtained from third parties as permitted by law.
User Rights: Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data, subject to applicable laws. Users may also have the right to object to certain data processing activities or withdraw consent where applicable.
Purpose of Data Usage: The collected data may be used for various purposes, including but not limited to providing services, improving user experience, personalizing content, conducting analytics, marketing and promotional activities, and complying with legal obligations.

Data Protection: We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of user data. Reasonable measures will be implemented to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of user data.
